Ask Markerr explored a different starting point for rental discovery: let people describe the life they were trying to build, then help them turn that situation into a useful search.

Designed the trust layer and input architecture for Brazil’s first government-scale ML-assisted audit platform. Helped the pilot team compress the federal audit-to-judgment cycle by 64% (5.5 years → ~2 years), cut instruction writing time by 63%, and reduce downstream rejections by 90%. Achieved 100% voluntary adoption with highly skeptical senior auditors who carry personal legal liability.
