Ask Markerr: replacing 20+ filters with a conversation you can steer

People don't search for homes. They try to decide. Traditional rental platforms overwhelm users with 20+ filters, while early AI tools suffered from hallucinations and zero transparency. I designed a conversational interface that replaced rigid filters with guided dialogue — echo confirmation, visible reasoning, and easy correction — for users who were both skeptical of AI and prone to treating it like a person. Strategic prototype · Demoed to partners including Greystar · Contributed to Markerr's positioning ahead of the REBA acquisition
